Monster Island Skateboard Contest - Intermediate Street Skate Round

Mike Schmidt takes home 2nd place in the Intermediate Street Round 

and 2nd in the Intermediate half pipe session.

The Bikini Show at Board Up Miami distracted some 

from watching Mike Spinner tear up the street course.

Amaxon had a demo of their own - allowing their team to skate the street course and show off their moves.  Paul Hurtado, Mike Schmidt, Brian Brown, Leo Alvarado, Nate Murry, and Josia Gatlyn all represented Amaxon during their demo.

Board Up Miami and Monster Island Skate Contest!

We came....we saw.......we took pictures!  What an incredible event Board Up Miami was.  If you weren't able to show up, you definitely missed out on some amazing skateboarding, wake boarding, wake skating, BMXing, live music, DJs, bikini show, and raffles.This two day event will definitely be an annual tradition for Rabid Rabbit Studio.

Today and tomorrow, Rabid Rabbit Studio is heading out to Key Biscayne to cover Board Up Miami.  Mike Schmidt and Spencila are some skateboarders you will recognize.  Our friends Adam Barmichael, Chris Ward, and Mike Spinner will be a part of the BMX demos.  Throughout the two days, there is going to be a street skateboard competition, a wakeboard competition, a mini ramp jam, live DJs, pro-wakeboarding, BMX demos, live music festivals, and a bikini competition.
